We have two Krispy Kreme's near us and just had a new Tesco store open in Keynsham (where we live) and they have a KK section as well

I used to be able to click on a members profile and then choose to pm them from there - now that option doesnt appear, or am I being a durr brain? (dont answer that one!)

You can't do it that way for the time being, but there are two other ways. You can go to your inbox and click new PM and then type the recipient's username in, or you can click the 'PM' button underneath their avatar in posts.
