Members map

On another forum they have a members map, you zoom in and click on and add your self, that was you get to see who is near who. Could we have something like that?

We have one: http://www.cavybreeder.com/viewonline.htm - it should work as long as you have your location in your profile.

That's weird, i'm on it now and can see everyone clearly, the trouble is lots of people are in the same place so the pin-point thingies get overlayed and you can't see them, I can't help that though that's google's dept

Yes can see about 22 people but none any where near us.

I have no idea, I will have to get someone from the host to look it up, because all I have in my admin settings is the option to turn the map on or off, but not edit where people live I assumed it went by what you put in your profile, but obviously not!!!!!!

I only had 5 people come up, Millicent in Bristol, GPM in Colchester and three anonymous dotted around the country. I wasn't on the map nor a lot of other people who were listed as online.

I prefer the idea of a map we can 'pin' our names to - Im sure we had one on another forum ages ago, you just enter your name and drag the arrow to where you are

Oh, and I had to log back in after visiting the map
